Rub it in, in a thin layer, as shown on the picture with the blue colour. Can also be applied to the spine where nerves start from.

For Ozelia's products it is typical to be able to feel the effect within the first 2 minutes after application.

The effect can be felt as warmth, cold, better function, less pain or a kind of tingling sensation.
