How to shop with us
To make a purchase on our website, you must go through 6 steps.

1a. Find the item or items you want and put them in the shopping cart, then go to the checkout.
1b. If it is a treatment, first call 23 81 61 88 and book an appointment.
2. Enter your personal information
3. Select shipping / payment method
4. Accept our terms of trade
5. Check if all information are correct on the collection page and approve the purchase
6. Print if necessary your receipt or save it as a file.

Order
You can choose to order your goods on our website or go to Falkevej 22, 4600 Køge, Denmark by prior arrangement. You can try Ozelia Healing Oils for free at their dealers or at Falkevej 22, 4600 Køge, Denmark in both cases by prior arrangement. You can also, by agreement with the retailers, pick up your goods from them. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the site, or questions about the goods and services you find on the site, please feel free to contact us.

All prices where VAT is included are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices.

When you shop with www.sol-farah.dk / www.sol-farah.com, agreements are made in Danish and in Danish kroner.

You pay for the shipment unless otherwise stated.

It is not possible to see previous orders unless you have a login to the website. If you would like to receive a copy of your order confirmation without creating an account, please send an email to sales@sol-farah.com.

If you want to order services, you must first contact Sol-Farah Helhedens Cirkel ApS on +45 23 81 61 88 to book an appointment for the current treatment.

Terms and Conditions

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop on the website www.sol-farah.dk / www.sol-farah.com. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item

Packaging and condition of the item when you send it back

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the product in a way that clearly significantly reduces the product's sales value.
When purchasing treatments, the right of withdrawal lapses if the service has begun.
If you regret the purchase, the goods must be sent to:

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item or deliver it in person at the above address against prior agreement.
You will of course get back the amount you have paid us
The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or in your bank account when we have received the item returned and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.

The only cost you have when you regret a purchase is the postage to send the item back to us.

What should I send back?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice or refer to the number of order confirmation or invoice as well as the date of purchase.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
If there is something wrong with the item (Complaint)
When you shop at Sol-Farah Helhedens Cirkel ApS, you of course have a right to make a complaint about items in relation to the item being broken upon receipt or that the item does not keep its shelf life to date. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. For items that do not have an expiration date, the right to make a complaint is 24 months from the date of purchase.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should I make a complaint?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We reimburse reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs to send the item back to us.

We need the following information when you send the item to us
When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at Sol-Farah Helhedens Cirkel ApS, we need the following information when you buy goods from us:

If you buy treatments, in addition to this we need a picture of you as well as your date of birth.

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you or create a journal on you.

The personal information is registered with Sol-Farah Helhedens Cirkel ApS and stored for five years after the most recent activity, after which the information is deleted,
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted
