Sol-Farah Spray "Grounding"

"Grounding" can be used by you if you constantly have cold toes. You can check if you have your ground connection by imagining that you are standing on the Earth while it rotates. When you turn your head and you do not stay on the Earth, but fall off, you are missing your ground connection. If you are generally a little too high-flying, you may also need your ground connection.
